How can one teach a foreign language quickly and efficiently? How can one learn a language easily? Don’t we all wish we could wake up one day and speak English, French and Spanish?……

These wishes and ideas concern people all over the world. So many creative ideas, efforts and bold approaches have been worked out by teachers and methodologists all over the world. So many different and sometimes incredible ways of a foreign language acquisition were applied – sleep-learning, sessions of hypnotherapy, 25th frame… but a universal solution hasn’t been found yet. This is the topic area which continues to consume so many methodologists, scientists and practitioners. After all, many valuable ideas and effective methods and approaches have been created over the years.

In-depth study and creative use of the best home and foreign teaching methods are the most important features of the foreign language center REWARD. We are not the ones who "reinvent the wheel" and then deliver it as our latest achievement. Leo Tolstoy once said "Keep what you have and move forward, that’s the wisdom of life".

The main peculiarity of the program development in our centre is in-depth scientific study which targets the result. The necessary condition of successful study is the pure understanding of consistency with natural laws of language acquisition with regard to different age groups.

The peculiarities of different approaches and methods vary depending on the age group, students’ thinking, attention, memory and other characteristics. But our common approach is that learning should be highly-efficient and interesting for everyone. Any student should be enjoy his/herself when meeting his teacher for a class and be satisfied with the time and money spent.

We regularly organize methodological seminars, where foreign and domestic teachers have a great opportunity to access, practice and learn the latest developments in methodology, exchange their experience and share the ideas on improving the teaching techniques. Teacher training sessions in the famous methodological schools abroad have become regular practice, and this is an approach we have embraced and adopted.

As a result of the synthesis of the best technical approaches and new decisions we have created our innovative, unique and most effective methods of foreign language teaching – «Language Accent». Its main principles are:

1) Complex teaching approach, which gives the whole range of diverse opportunities to learn the foreign language, which combines the basic and extra developing programs;

3) Aspect-communicative approach of class organizing, which emphasizes the communicative way of working with all the aspects of the language – phonetics, grammar, vocabulary;

5) Cross-cultural context of teaching, which gives the opportunity to compare language and common culture of different countries for more effective teaching process.

When we organize the studies in our centre we consider that communication is the core stem for language knowledge and skills of our students. Grammar itself is not as important as its understanding and feeling the real situation where the student could use the grammar phenomena. Separate words don’t make sense without standard models of communication, where new vocabulary is easily memorized for a long time.

Our beginner students, start by saying simple phrases in a typical situation of communication at their first lesson; and after it they can not only introduce themselves, but also start conversation without any embarrassment.

Modern audio and video materials are used at every lesson, both authentic and adapted, specially developed techniques by FLC REWARD help to use these materials. It helps to develop and improve listening skills, reduce the fear of incomprehension and advance the general effectiveness of study.

To make the study qualitative we use the best teaching materials offered by the leading world publishing companies – Oxford, Cambridge, Longman and others.
