From Application to ArrivalHere is the typical order of events from the prospective teacher’s application to his/her arrival in Volgograd
Step 1
Recruiters of the REWARD language school conduct screening of the applications and ask the selected applicants to e-mail the scanned copies of their diplomas and certificates. 
Step 2
Successful candidates are invited to a personal interview via Skype where further details are discussed.
Step 3
After due consideration, an official offer of employment is extended to those who qualify for the job and create a good impression. A contract with all specific details is e-mailed together with the job offer.
Step 4
Upon accepting the offer, the contract is to be signed and returned to the school by express mail.
Step 5
After receiving the contract, the school completes forms for the official work visa invitation and submits them to the Federal Migration Service.
Step 6
When the invitation is received, it is sent to the prospective teacher along with a copy of the contract by express mail.
Step 7
The prospective teacher applies for the Russian visa at the nearest Russian embassy. Mind that to get a Russian work visa, one must take an HIV test and submit the result to the embassy.
Step 8
While waiting for the visa to be ready, the teacher can book tickets to Volgograd.

Departure to Russia

On arrival in Volgograd, the teacher will be met at the airport (railway station) by one of the REWARD managers. The period of time between the school receiving an application form from a prospective teacher and his/her departure to Russia is usually a minimum of two-three months. The departure date also depends on individual requests and the availability of current positions. |
